JMI Invoice Automation — Internal Use Terms

These terms apply only to JMI Invoice Automation, an internal billing tool operated by JMI Reports LLC. They do not replace the terms for the broader BlueSkyVUE website or software.

Authorized use

Only people authorized by JMI Reports LLC may use the app. Each user must sign in with their own assigned account and may work only with the QuickBooks company and billing data that JMI has authorized.

What the app does

The app is being built to process JMI's BlueSkyVUE invoice exports and other authorized order data, prepare supporting spreadsheets, and create draft QuickBooks Online invoices with attachments. The production QuickBooks connection and invoice-creation features are not enabled as of this effective date. The app will not send invoices automatically. An authorized JMI user must review and send any completed invoice from QuickBooks.

Review responsibility

Before approving a draft or sending an invoice, the user must check the billing period, customer, source data, credits, amounts, and attachments. Source files and matching rules can contain errors. An app-generated workbook or draft is a preparation aid, not a final accounting determination.

QuickBooks connection and access

Only a JMI-authorized administrator may connect or reconnect QuickBooks. JMI may withdraw an individual's app access and disconnect the QuickBooks connection. QuickBooks itself remains subject to JMI's agreement with Intuit.

Data and questions
